Flexible Braid Reinforced Platinum Cured Silicone Delivery Hoses

Puresil's ASTR range of textile braided flexible hoses are produced from the same "high-Purity" silicone elastomers which is used to produce our ASTC and ASTP grade biopharmaceutical transfer and pump tubings. All hoses are fully manufactured within our Class 1000 clean room production facilities - to offer our customers the cleanest possible materials with full batch and lot traceability for their process transfer and application requirements.

Hose are available in sizes ranging from 3.0mm up to 38.0 mm Internal Diameter and can be supplied complete with either Fully moulded, Hygienically Swaged or Re-usable end connections.

  • Working Pressures up to 10.0 Bar ( 150 PSI )
  • Excellent Flexibility and Lightweight ( Easy to handle )
  • Can be supplied as complete assemblies with the option of - either Fully Moulded, Swaged or Re-Usable Hose End Fittings
  • Available in continuous lengths up to 30 meters and bore sizes ranging from 3.0 up to 38.0 mm I/D
  • Hoses can be repeatedly Autoclaved or Steam Sterilised
  • Electropolished End Fittings also available
